Did you know...?

Travel costs associated with your rehabilitation are covered by ACC - including GP visits, regular physio appointments, etc. Keep track of your mileage and a percentage will be reimbursed to you to cover this cost. See ACC250 Form.

Permanent, stable injuries are eligible for a Lump Sum payment to financially compensate you for the loss of use or function of the injured body part. These injuries are assessed using the "American Medical Association's Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th Edition".  See: http://www.acc.co.nz/making-a-claim/what-support-can-i-get/ECI0034 & User Handbook to AMA4 below.
