When you are newly injured or diagnosed, it can feel like you are suddenly being thrust into a world which you can't access and can't understand.

The directory at left is designed so you can dip in and out when you need to or when you have the time. There is also a search bar just up and to the right of this paragraph which may be easier to use until you have gotten used to this site. Just enter a word of phrase such as "x-ray" for example.

Hopeworks is trying to cover everything that may be applicable in this new world, but please forgive us if We have overlooked anything. 

In fact - better yet! - let us know what we have overlooked and we will add it into this library.
